In a prior research endeavor, titled 'The Mediterranean Diet and its Influence on Mental Well-Being' (IRB#201802343),  Tatiana delved into the influence of dietary patterns on mental well-being. Her study results hint at a comprehensive approach to mental wellness that encompasses both psychological and physiological aspects.
